Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 8, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how CM Hospitality Group LLC (“CM Hospitality Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you visit or interact with our corporate website at https://cmhospitalitygroup.com and its related online services (the “Website”).

CM Hospitality Group LLC is an independent company that presents and develops Spanish restaurant concepts in Miami and the United States. This is the group’s corporate website: it presents the group, the restaurant concepts, its team, and its corporate activities. The individual restaurants presented on the Website, including CalaMillor, operate through separate legal entities. CM Hospitality Group LLC should not be understood as the operator of each individual restaurant. Each restaurant business may maintain its own website, terms, and privacy policies, which govern information collected through that restaurant’s own channels.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect contact information that you provide through our contact form, namely your first and last name, telephone number, email address, the subject of your message (optional), and the content of your message; the contents of any other communications you send to us; and limited technical information that is automatically processed when you access the Website, such as IP address, browser type, device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, and the pages requested.

We do not use the Website to take restaurant reservations, food orders, payments, or other consumer purchases, and we do not collect payment-card information through the Website.

3. How We Collect Information

We collect information directly from you when you complete and submit the contact form on the Website or otherwise contact us. Technical information is collected automatically by our website hosting and content-delivery infrastructure and by the font service used to display the Website, as described in our Information Collection & Cookies notice.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Website does not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or similar marketing technologies. The Website stores a small preference in your browser’s local storage to remember the language you selected (English or Spanish). For more information, please see our Information Collection & Cookies notice.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a limited number of service providers to operate the Website. These include website hosting and content-delivery providers that serve the Website and process technical request data; an email-delivery service that transmits the messages submitted through our contact form to our team; and Google Fonts, which delivers the typefaces used on the Website and receives your IP address and browser information when the fonts load. These providers process information on our behalf or in connection with the services they provide, and may be subject to their own privacy terms.

6. How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to respond to your inquiries and requests; to communicate with you about business, partnership, career, media, or other matters you raise with us; to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Website; to detect, prevent, and address spam, abuse, fraud, security incidents, and technical problems; to comply with legal obligations; and for other purposes disclosed to you at the time information is collected or with your consent, where required.

7. Marketing Communications

We do not currently use the Website to subscribe visitors to newsletters or marketing communications. Submitting the contact form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If we offer marketing communications in the future, we will do so in accordance with applicable law, including the federal CAN-SPAM Act, and you will be able to opt out using the instructions included in each communication or by contacting us.

8. Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us operate the Website and respond to inquiries; to professional advisers; when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of CM Hospitality Group, our users, or others; in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business; or with your consent. Information submitted through the contact form is received by CM Hospitality Group and is not automatically shared with the separate legal entities that operate the individual restaurants.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including responding to and following up on your inquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and complying with legal obligations. Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

10. Privacy Requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided to us. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will respond to requests as required by, and in accordance with, applicable law.

11. Florida Privacy Law

Florida law, including the Florida Information Protection Act, requires reasonable measures to protect certain personal information and notification in the event of certain data breaches. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights applies only to businesses that meet specific thresholds; based on the nature of the Website, we do not represent that it applies to CM Hospitality Group. Where any Florida privacy law applies to our activities, we will handle personal information and requests in accordance with that law.

12. Federal Privacy and Children's Privacy

We comply with applicable federal laws relating to privacy and electronic communications. The Website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, server-side validation of contact-form submissions, and anti-spam protections. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

14. Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website may contain links to third-party websites, including the websites of the restaurant concepts presented on it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party website you visit.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, services, technology, legal requirements, or other circumstances. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
